• Product information: parts, builds, specs, inventory status, listing and sale status, notes, prices, dates, and uploaded images or files you add to PartPlanner.
• Support information: messages you send us, diagnostic details you choose to include, and follow-up history.
• Technical information: basic logs, device/browser details, security events, and usage data needed to operate and improve the beta.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, debug, and improve PartPlanner.
• Let you manage inventory, builds, listings, sales status, and team workflows.
• Respond to support, deletion, export, and account requests.
• Understand beta usage so we can prioritize product fixes and improvements.
• Meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, monitoring, analytics, and support providers to run the service. These providers should only access information as needed to provide services to PartPlanner.

Retention, exports, and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for beta operations, security, backups, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. You can request account deletion or a data export by emailing support@partplanner.io.

Deletion removes or de-identifies active account data where practical, subject to verification, backup retention, legal requirements, and records we need to preserve for security or dispute handling. Export requests are handled in a practical format where feasible.

Security and backups

We use reasonable safeguards for a beta SaaS product, including access controls, hosted infrastructure controls, and operational backups. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep PartPlanner data protected and recoverable.
