PartPlanner Affiliate Programme Terms
Effective date: 3 November 2026
Provider: Pattform Ltd
Product: PartPlanner
Contact: support@partplanner.io
Website: www.partplanner.io
1. About These Terms
These Affiliate Programme Terms apply to creators and partners we accept into the PartPlanner affiliate programme (“affiliates”). They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
In these Terms, “PartPlanner”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Pattform Ltd, trading through the PartPlanner product or brand.
Joining is by invitation or approval only. Any individual deal we agree with you in writing (for example a different commission rate) takes priority over these Terms where the two differ.
2. How Referrals Work
Each affiliate gets:
- A referral link, for example
partplanner.io/?ref=YOURCODE; and - A promotion code (
YOURCODE) that gives the customer 10% off their first payment: the first month on a monthly plan, the first year on an annual plan, or the lifetime purchase.
A team is credited to you when it first pays for PartPlanner and either:
- Its owner signed up within 60 days of last clicking your link; or
- Its owner entered your code at checkout.
If a customer uses more than one affiliate’s link, the most recent link counts. A code entered at checkout counts ahead of any link. Once a team is credited to an affiliate it stays with that affiliate.
3. Commission
Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
- Subscriptions: 20% of each paid invoice for 12 months from the team’s first payment;
- Lifetime purchases: 15% of the purchase, paid once.
Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive after payment-processing fees, in the currency it settles in (currently New Zealand dollars). No commission is earned on free plans, $0 invoices, credits, or payments made outside our payment processor.
You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or your own team, or on teams you own or control.
4. Holds, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Commission becomes payable after a hold period: 30 days for subscription payments and 14 days for lifetime purchases, matching our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a payment is refunded, commission on it is reduced by the same proportion. If a payment is disputed or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled while the dispute is open and stays cancelled if the dispute is lost.
If this happens after we have paid you, the difference is deducted from your next payout.
5. Payouts and Statements
We pay approved commission monthly by bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal, as agreed with you. You are responsible for giving us accurate payment details.
We can send you a statement listing each commission line: the payment date, plan type, an anonymised customer reference, the amounts, and its status. Our records are the basis for calculating commission. If you think something is wrong, contact us within 60 days of the statement date.
You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, including income tax and GST, VAT, or sales tax where it applies to you.
6. Disclosure and Promotion Rules
You must clearly disclose that you earn commission or receive benefits from PartPlanner whenever you promote it, in a way your audience will notice (for example “paid link” or “I earn a commission”). You must follow the advertising and consumer laws that apply to you and your audience, such as the New Zealand Fair Trading Act, the US FTC Endorsement Guides, and the UK ASA/CAP Code.
You must not:
- Make false or misleading claims about PartPlanner, its features, pricing, or results;
- Bid on “PartPlanner” or misspellings of it in paid search ads, or use our name in a way that suggests you are PartPlanner;
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or buy fake clicks, views, or signups;
- Post your code on coupon or voucher sites without our written permission;
- Use your link or code for your own purchases, or offer cash back or other incentives to sign up that we have not approved.
We may withhold or reverse commission earned in breach of these rules.
7. Using Our Brand
While you are an affiliate you may use the PartPlanner name, logo, and product screenshots to promote PartPlanner, in line with any brand guidance we give you. You may not register domains, social accounts, or apps that use the PartPlanner name.
8. Changes and Ending the Programme
We may change these Terms or the commission rates with 30 days’ notice. Changes do not reduce commission on payments made before they take effect.
Either of us can end your participation at any time. If you leave, or we end it for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, we will pay commission on payments already made, subject to the hold and refund rules above. If we end it because of a breach, we may withhold unpaid commission connected to the breach.
9. General
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or partner. Our liability to you under the programme is limited to the commission owed to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you and Pattform Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
