Data requests

Beta users can ask PartPlanner for account deletion or a data export by emailing support. We may need to verify the account before completing a request.

Account deletion

To request account deletion, email support@partplanner.io from the email address associated with your PartPlanner account.

Deletion removes or de-identifies active account data where practical. Some records may be retained if needed for security, legal obligations, operational integrity, backups, or dispute handling.

Data export

To request a data export, email support@partplanner.io from the email address associated with your PartPlanner account.

We will provide available account, inventory, build, listing, and team data in a practical format where feasible. Export timing and format may vary while PartPlanner is in beta.

What to include

  • The email address on your PartPlanner account.
  • Your team name, if the request involves team data.
  • Whether you want account deletion, team deletion, or a data export.
  • Any urgency or account-access issue we should know about.

Verification

We may ask for extra confirmation before exporting, deleting, or changing account data.

Backups

Backups exist for operational recovery. Deleted data may remain in backup copies until those backups expire or are overwritten.

Restore posture

Restore work is intended for service recovery and incidents, not routine reversal of user edits or deleted records.
